2004 Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris), Santa Rita Hills
Slightly green and yellow clarity brightens this wine upon pouring. The nose is supple with light citrus and sweet spices encompassed in earth. The taste is soft with cloying acidity and lots of citrus fruits enticing the tongue. Styled in the Italian tradition this wine is simple and dry. It pairs very well with summer salads and fruits as well as many varieties of seafood, especially cold served. Drink now. 80 cases produced.
