2004 Syrah, Santa Barbara County
This wine is a follow up to our previous Santa Barbara county Syrahs. Several select vineyards within the Santa Barbara County were chosen to represent our fine blend. The complexity and roundness of the wine add to the intense deep berry infusion on the pallet. The tannins are noticeable however are tame. A big finish of nice acidity gives the wine a great presence with BBQ foods and peppery spices. Enjoy now or hold for 3-5 years.
