2005 Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Ynez Valley
Santa Ynez valley on the east side is where we source these grapes. The dry heat in that area provides great citrus, peaches and apricots to come into play in this wine. It is not grassey and has been aged in neutral oak that imparts just a touch of smooth vanilla and smokiness. Dry, crisp and fresh. Drink now or hold for 1-2 years.
