We were very excited about this wine and our colleagues who tried it agreed when the decision was made to continue to pursue making world class Pinot Noirs and other wines from the area. Our 2001 vintage wines proved very well in many competitions and helped prompt the production of more Pinot Noirs made in different styles or barrels. A more concentrated effort has been put into distinct vineyard differences and how the wines will either blend to perfection or remain as a vineyard designate wine. This is true of our Syrah also. A small production of Chardonnay was produced in 2000. We have added a larger production for 2003 and 2004 with the later wine to be released winter of 2005.

Many of our wines are either very limited or sold out. Fortunately we will have several releases happening very soon. Just recently we took on two distributors to help expand our growing popularity and bring more wines out to the public. This will no doubt lead to a larger production; however we will still maintain our integrity to produce the best small production, hand-crafted wines.

The winery is not open to the public for fear someone may fall off the mountain! In the future we hope to bring out "Altitude Club" members up for tours. So for your updates on the wines and opportunities to obtain wines not available to the general public - call us and join the club! We'll do our best not to disappoint you. Also, if visiting the area, give us a call and you never know, you might just get that private tour. Please don't forget to visit our tasting room for our great lineup of wines to taste and olives to pair with them. Keep the faith and thank you for your patronage.
